Had a good purchasing experience at Rove Concepts. We recently moved into a new house and have several rooms to furnish. I joined the Members program to benefit from the 20% off, and it's well worth it for the $100 fee. Ordered swatches to check out color and quality first, and they came promptly and well-packaged. Made a decision and pulled the trigger. The selection and checkout process was pretty simple although I wish two things were different:
1. It would be great if customers could see their exact configuration mocked up before clicking "buy" on a custom piece of furniture like this. Makes me SO nervous to just have to go off of text to confirm that I have all the right things selected.
2. I placed an order on a desk and chair first. Then, the next day, I decided to buy the sofa. I wish I could have applied my member credit/20% off voucher immediately toward the sofa instead of waiting the 30 days AFTER delivery (which won't happen for another 2 months!) since we have so much to buy at once. RC should consider changing this, and would probably get more whole-home or multi-room buyers if they do.
