I am very happy with the table itself and the customer service I received. My complaint lies in the fact that we got the table home and realized we should have ordered the 79" instead of the 67". We ended up ordering the table in the 79" but will not lose our reward dollars. I think it's a bit ridiculous that Rove does not offer exchanges or at least let you keep your rewards if you return an item. I don't know any other company where the rewards become void with a return. It's very upsetting when it's several hundred dollars and I'm ordering the same item but spending more money with them to get the larger size. I am also not requiring shipping for the return or new item.
