From Good to Great
Overall my last two purchasing experiences have been excellent, thanks to the great help I got from concierge services. However, there are a couple of things Rove could improve that would make it unnecessary to talk to a concierge. Both recent experiences at attempts to purchase had technical problems with the website. The first one accepted my credit card for the membership but five minutes later refused the same card as invalid card when trying to pay. Eventually the concierge came to my rescue. My second attempt to order order on-line simply would not go through following many attempts. Concierge came to the rescue. Thank you for the quick responses.
Another suggested improvement...I have enjoyed Rove Concepts furniture for some time now. When it came time to refresh the veneer finishes, I found assistance on-line about the need to avoid furniture polishes with aerosol, oil or wax. Sounds simple. Trying to find such a product on-line was fruitless. My friendly hardware store expert was no help either. Note that in Canada, ingredients on furniture polish are not found on labels. After some research I found one such product called Trade Secret Furniture Polish and Cleaner. Indeed, it was a well kept secret. Rove could make it easier for clients to list appropriate products on their website dealing with maintenance and upkeep (it would be a very short list), supply a suitable polish with a purchase, or make a few bucks by selling it on-line.
