I called in to place an order over the phone for the Charlotte Storage Bed, and the man who helped me was very helpful in applying my credit and voucher to it at the same time. The only downside is the bed is not going to be available until July. Waiting 3 months for furniture is not ideal, but at this point I'm just used to it with Rove.
