Wow - Rove has incredible customer service. Very responsive and flexible. I wanted to take advantage of a weekend special, but first wanted to see the swatches. The swatches were shipped out to me ASAP and were beautiful. I'm so glad I got them though as it changed which fabric I ended up selecting for my order. Also, Rove honored the original weekend special even though I filled my order a week later. I'm thrilled!
