The furniture is beautiful and the merchandising is very well done. I can't wait to get our new dining chairs! My only frustration was the website was, at times, extremely slow and, at best, always at least two or three seconds to page load. The online customer agent was helpful, but also very slow in response. Also, you could be more clear about shipping expectations. "In Stock" doesn't mean it will ship right away, evidently. The agent informed me it would be at least 10 days to ship, and then the transit time, which was helpful for my planning. But I absolutely feel it's worth the patience.
