I placed my first order with Rove Concepts yesterday. I have been hesitant due to many negative reviews I came across online.

I called customer service phone line and left a v/m message (no one answered and this was the only option) pleased to say I recieved a callback only a couple hours after. The representative was great in answering all my questions and provided clarity on the order fulfillment processes.
This interaction put my nerves at ease (stemmed from negative reviews).
So far my experience has been good and I look forward to picking up and enjoying my new sofa in the future!
