We think your products look wonderful. But, communicating any questions or problems with Rove Concepts personnel was extremely difficult. We couldn’t get through using the phone number. Every time a recording came on saying there was high call volume and we had no ability to leave a message by phone. We were advised to interact by chat online, but had difficulties getting a person to interact with us. This was and still is very frustrating for us and will make us question whether we will order from you again. Rove Concepts really needs to address these communication problems.
