Need more customer support staff to pick up phones and respond via email faster. I have made several purchases on RC, and find it is difficult to connect with staff to order and follow up with orders.

I am still waiting for a delivery date for an item sitting in the warehouse, I paid for white glove service and it had been one week with no answer.

Ordered chairs and product arrived no problem.
