The online interface can my more user friendly. Especially when using the Live Chat on iPhone. It cannot do copy and paste, and I cannot read my texts while typing. This is my 2nd purchase from Rove Concept. I applied both my voucher and credits. The credits is applied, but not shown on the order confirmation. This brings a confusion.
