Great concierge service!
I had concerns about the delivery of a couch, as I requested it not be delivered before a certain date. Ryan was really great, explaining the rough delivery timeline/process and helped reassure me that the delivery would fit my schedule. I look forward to receiving my couch in a couple months. I'm sure it'll be well worth the wait; and in the meantime, I know I can receive great concierge service if I need it.
