The Good, The Bad & The Ugly…

The Good: After waiting four long months two giant boxes arrived containing my 4 black chairs. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality & modern style of them and was very happy then… I opened the second box. The Bad: In this box I found two white chairs which is clearly somebody else’s order. I was pissed but remained calm. The Ugly: After waiting on line for what seemed like an eternity, I was connected to live customer service person. At that point I was told to file a claims form while they started a dock search for the missing chairs. Not knowing what that entailed I knew it wasn’t going to end well. A day later a Rove rep emailed me saying they couldn’t locate my chairs and gave me a choice of my money back for the two missing chairs or hang on to the white ones while they reordered the two black chairs at no additional cost. Really, do they think they’re doing me some kind of special favor? Anyway, by Rove replacing the order I was told that it would take another 4 months of production time before I would receive them which is absolutely brutal in my mind. Buyer beware… The products are nice but god forbid something is missing, damaged or you need to speak with a live person, your screwed. They should deduct some money just for the pain & suffering I endured during this wonderful experience. Don’t do it unless your feeling lucky!
