The website separates things into different item pages that don't always make sense, at least to me. Also, I wish that the pricing shown didn't require a membership; it's confusing.
I went to a showroom to look at one item, and I understand that there are limitations because of COVID restrictions. However, it very much felt like the associate was going out of her way to make it difficult, only referring us to the QR code on the door for the booking site, rather than answering any questions about the policy.
The company offered me a $25 credit to post a review, but did not make any attempt to influence it.
