So far a good experience via chat and phone. Will let you know when product received. Definitely scary to take the leap to buy a sofa I’ve never even sat in. I have a hypersensitivity disease and react to lots of things. I wish the return would be free if it didn’t work out and I had to return the sofa. That would be very expensive to ship back as an individual and not a corporation.
