Hi there. Your products are beautiful on the website and the website is informative and easy to navigate. Even still, I had many many questions bbc my last sofa purchase was such a bad decision. I won’t know if I made the right choice until I actually get the sofa in my space but the concierge team was helpful once I got through on the line. My emails were replied to 2-3 days later but the information provided was thorough if not always accurate. For example I was told my quote was valid for 30 days by one person and only 2 weeks by another person.

All in all a good experience but more timely phone reply would have made my experience amazing!
