Website malfunctioned often when changing materials or finishes.
Timeline was unclear for product delivery. Led to believe it was 6-10 weeks but confirmation email says it will be at least 13 until it’s in the warehouse. Haven’t seen our couch yet (Hugo sectional) so this review is purely based off web interactions so far.

Sample fabrics came very quickly though!! 5stars for that
