I purchased the Noah sectional in Narwahl plush weave in Spring of 2020 at the start of the pandemic. I was not able to have it delivered all the way into my condo due to COVID restrictions. It was assembled by me. The dark thick fabric is as described but i am ALWYAS removing feathers that will pop out of the couch cushions from daily normal use. The more i use it this is bound to happen. Also, if you lay on it for a few hours the fabric leaves what looks like stretch marks and not smooth. I need to fluff up the cushions to make it look neat. Maybe its not meant to lay on for hours for for high amount of use. But its a couch and should be. If i want a pretty couch i would have bought a pretty one and never sit on it.
Also, all the cushions are too long and stick out of the front of the couch about 1.5-2 inches. It looks like they don't fit properly.
or were poorly designed. This should not be. This must be a manufacture issue. Either way you need to design these to make them fit and look like they fit.
