Confused about membership activation and discount
I placed an order assuming I had properly selected the option to add the $100 membership and apply the 20% discount on the same order - but the order confirmation and my account does not show any indication of an active membership, so I’m confused about what I payed for. Also the ticker for the flash sale appears to have traveled back in time as I was expecting it to expire while ago, and is now show more time remaining than a few days ago!? This is my first order here and I’m hoping customer service can help me out, still waiting on a response
