Rove first shipped one dining table 2 months late but came with three large cracks. Then we had to wait another 2 months for a tabletop replacement. The second tabletop came with one crack (13.5 inches) and a resin drip defect. They also only sent 2 guys to lift and install the 450-pound table. They needed my husband to help carry the dining table. That was very dangerous because he's not recovered from his shoulder injury. But he did it anyway. Then they scratched our floors when they finished putting everything together because it was so heavy to lift. They were sorry, but they really should have sent 3 people. Now we are waiting on what we need to do with our scratched floors. We just changed all of our floors too! =( The delivery guys were first fighting the scratched floors, claiming it was there before. But then I pointed to two cameras in the house that was recording the whole thing, then they backed down. This has really been a headache.
