I love how simple the concierge service is. Very fast and helpful. I got my question answered in an efficient and honest way. I love how you can order samples straight to your home. That is what allowed me to select Rove over other brands. I purchased the Luca sectional. I like how you can view the different colour/fabrics. But I did not like how I could not see the different types of sofa legs on the different fabrics. I could not see which colour leg would look best against the fabric I chose.
