Roveconcept's concierge service was excellent. I recently made a purchase with them and after remeasuring the area, realized that the Hugo Sectional would not fit. The delivery service had reached out to me to schedule a delivery date but the concierge team was able to stop the delivery, change my order, and reschedule the delivery.

They were very professional and the service was top notch. Highly recommend Rove based on my concierge experience.
