Very happy with most aspects of the Rove Concepts website. Browsing products was slick, great images for the stools and chairs we selected too. We ordered a couple of materials swatches and they arrived very quickly via FedEx.

However, when we decided to buy, we found the checkout experience to be broken on Google Chrome and had to switch to Firefox to complete the transaction. That's less of a concern if you're spending $10, but with a few thousand dollars at risk, we found completing the purchase to be pretty stressful and dented our confidence in the brand.
