All the products we purchased (4 Aubrey kitchen chairs, 3 Aubrey bar stools, Winston Kitchen table, Large Evelyn dining room table, 8 Aubrey arm chairs, Evelyn cocktail table, 2 Lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and 4 chairs) were all beautifully designed, made with high quality materials and assembled meticulously. The actual items were better than pictured online!!
We also loved the generous credit program applied to purchases which allowed us to get more items (the outdoor furniture).
Despite being well packaged, some of the items had some small nicks, discolorations of wood, etc. Every other furniture company I have ever dealt with would arrange to have a service technician come out and correct these small issues. Rove cannot do this at this time but instead applies a discount to damaged items.
I think it would be great if Rove is eventually able to set up a furniture repair service using local companies for items damaged in transit.
