The process was seamless from start to finish. I used the chat portal to ask a bunch of questions throughout my journey before I was ready to buy - and during the waiting period between purchase and shipping - and the customer service reps were all extremely helpful. The furniture arrived on time (in line with the dates listed when purchased) and is more beautiful in person than I imagined. It's great quality and I couldn't be excited for my other orders to arrive (yes, I ordered more). One note, if you order big items like a dresser they are HEAVY. With COVID protocols items are left in first dry area so be prepared to have a helping hand to move anything big. But I would rather heavy than something cheap and flimsy. Everything was packaged super well too. All around fantastic experience and great products.
