I have been checking online for a modular sofa. I connected with Rove and finally got what I wanted.
When I wasn't sure about the color I spoke to one of their customer service rep, Alex and she was so help full in explaining the color and even went further to send me sample of the colors available within two business days to my condo.
It was a wonderful experience.
There are two thing that Rove should improve in terms of their products and marketing:
1. Options to choose different size of sofa to fit according to the floor plan.
2. Fast turn around time from the concierge services as I had to wait for two days for someone to connect with me to answer all my questions.
3. 3D effect should have an option to choose the sectional and check the spacing accordingly instead of a standard predetermined sectionals.
