I had a few issues becoming a member
And your staff were very efficient resolving my issues
Your system indicated I was already a member and when chatting with the representative on line she determined I was not
Within a half hour I received a call, she was able to set me up, but then had a problem processing my credit cards ( tried two and kept indicating she did not have the right info)

She then emailed a form which I filled out and returned

Smooth sailing after that

I am on your email list but was not a member
I’m assuming this was the reason for the glitch
