I had place an order for dining table and Audrey chairs. We were not home so our son accepted the delivery. After few days, we realized one of the chair was damaged. I got in touch with Rove claim department. I was hoping my claim would be rejected since we had accepted the delivery. However, to my surprise they replaced it with new one at no cost. That's what I call excellent customer service.
