Porter sofa is very very low to the ground. Even after measuring several times, it is hard to get used to in person... The back rest is also short, so real lack of support beyond your lower back (5'2" female). Delivery was delayed by 45 days from originally quoted date with very little communication on delays/expected delivery/instructions on re-scheduling, etc. Got passed between Rove and the logistics service. Kept re-scheduling for a date a few days out, and it eventually delivered. I was given a voucher for my many issues; would have been appropriate to have been given free shipping in addition, as the source of the frustration & that the voucher is wiped out by Rove's large shipping fees. Product quality is good, but considering the hassle I would find a larger retailer.
