Everything was great until we tried to visit the LA showroom. I will give it a COVID pass, but at this stage in the pandemic all the other LA showrooms were open. I was told I could come in in 3 weeks! Kind of crazy. But everyone was super helpful on the chat and phone. I look forward to receiving my products!
