I am very happy with the purchase experience itself. The only downside is that I do not have any estimate or idea of how long it will take to receive the item I ordered. It would be nice to know when the furniture might arrive. I ordered something that was apparently "in stock" and have been told it is being "prepared for shipping" but still don't have an estimate on arrival.
