Overall a good experience. The website is beautiful and easy to navigate. I had some detailed questions relating to the bed I ordered regarding the support for my particular mattress type. It took a bit longer than I would have liked to get the response back. I had reached out several times by phone (no response) and chat. The third person that I connected with via chat was helpful and provided me a photograph of the bed base which was what I needed.
