Prior to purchasing my evelyn table and aubrey chairs, I contacted the customer service regarding the size of the table and wood stains. Customer service agents, Alfred and Melisa, were very responsive and helpful! I originally wanted to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom in Melrose, CA but they were booked all the way until first week of June. So I had to solely rely on the pictures on the website for my purchases. I wish that the showroom will be open more days of the week, especially on Sundays.
