Check out was easy and quick. The only question I had was regarding shipping and the costs. It was fast and efficient to use the live chat. Customer Service was responsive and had an answer ready at hand. I only wish it was noted on the shipping FAQs that the costs were based on the whole price point, not the member price. I look forward to enjoying my new pieces!
