I ordered 2 night tables, a womb chair and a large marble table. I was amazed at how quickly the order was filled and delivered. Unfortunately, when we opened the box containing the marble table top, it was broken. I placed a claim online (super easy), and literally within hours I had received a follow up email and reassurance that another was on its way, with the tracking number. And yes, a replacement arrived within 14 days of my claim...all in one piece. Amazing service. Gorgeous furniture.
