Review of Rove Concepts

Too Soon To Tell...

Rove Concepts asked me to review my experience. So far, I've only viewed the website (about 100 times), decided what to order, and placed the order. The experience has been smooth enough so far. One little hiccup is that my attempt to chat with Rove was ignored (or a tech error happened and they weren't able to reply). I have not received shipping info or any furniture yet, so it's really premature to ask me to rate my experience. If things show up undamaged and I don't have issues with the furniture or delays with shipping, I'll come back and update this review with 5-stars. If there are problems, I'll come back and address those concerns. But for now, 3 stars because chat didn't work (for me), and I don't have anything from Rove yet (other than a much lighter wallet).
