We ordered one Evelyn Dining Table, two Aubrey Counter Stool, two Aubrey Armchair, and four Aubrey Side chairs in March 2021 and received my furniture in about two months. When they were delivered, both armchairs had wood cracked around edges and there were some scratches on table legs due to careless handling by the carrier. However, the Rove Concepts team took immediate action once they received my claims. They sent out two new replacement armchairs for free, which I received within one week. They also directed me to the link where I can purchase the wood stain tool (as well as reimbursed me $50) and now my table legs look perfect! All the furniture I purchased just look gorgeous and amazing!! The Evelyn Dining Table top is extremely heavy and it definitely needs two strong men to resemble. I really appreciate how Rove Concepts agents help their customers when they face any problems. I'll definitely consider buying their products again in the future!
