Great Product | Bad Customer Experience

I have made 10+ expensive orders that include beds, chairs, drawers, sofas, etc. The physical products are great. Durable, modern, and easy to assemble. However, every part of the customer experience has been terrible. From browsing on the slow misleading website all the way to receiving my order. All of it has been far from seamless.

The website & UI is slow that makes purchasing difficult and the inventory/product specifications are not accurate with what is actually available.

The company is very busy and hard to get a hold of. Even when you do get a hold of them, there is a lot of information they do not know like tracking numbers or estimated delivery times. Customer service is nice but a lot of these issues are out of their hands like the website having wrong info or carrier didn't provided a valid tracking number.

The biggest issue is pick up and deliveries. The process is very confusing and almost always delayed. The third-party delivery service Rove Concepts uses is truly the worst experience. They will never answer the number you are given. All the delivery times are long (6-10 weeks) and will not arrive 2 weeks on top of the long delivery times due to third-party delays.

I really like their products but it is too tough to purchase from them and the delays are just too much for me to handle.
