I got the Chloe Bed from Rove Concepts and cannot wait to receive it. However, the process of making the order was not efficient, the website kept failing in several occasions preventing me to select the fabric color and had to restart it for numerous times. Also, I wanted the solstice color in queen size but was sold out and was not possible to be sure if that would be re stocked sometime soon and I ended up buying the velvet grey fabric one (nice but not my first choice!). Also, the online order system failed and I unsuccessfully tried to place the order over the phone for 24 hours or so. I ended up placing the order online as the costumer service team lasted a long time to call me back after requesting it twice through the concierge (this was very helpful but couldn’t help to place the order).
