Although the products and online ordering is amazing, they will not answer any of my calls. I like having human contact when placing large orders. I have tried the live chat but the links do not work sadly. I have sent emails as well with no replies.

Update: Since I last wrote this review I have since received two calls of follow up. I appreciate that, placed my order and can’t wait to sit on my new Dresden couch!
