I like overall experience. Designs on Rove Concepts are marvelous. Keep up the good work.

Things that can be improved (consider as constructive suggestions):
1. Reaching over phone is not so easy.
2. Prices are more or less fixed. All the sale emails has little meaning. Customers are smart and they like to be treated that way.
3. Delivery dates are unbelievably long. In 21st century, how can you take 2 1/2 months to deliver the furniture?
4. 20% voucher has no meaning when you have $500 max limit.
