Working directly with Rove is great and their staff is punctual in answering questions and providing information about the products. The only issue I had with the site was the checkout process where in the final total it didn't show a breakdown of the price and that I was paying for tax. Calling a representative clarified this. My issues are more with the shipping company that the furniture comes through (Pilot services). The site for scheduling a delivery is very unclear and the first time I had furniture delivered they never showed up or called that they weren't coming for the appointment. Rove should really try to find another shipping company if they can.
