Order process was smooth. Unfortunately the expensive lounge chair purchased in time for a birthday was badly damaged in shipping and I refused it. It didn’t seem to much packaging to protect it and was all pretty beat up by the time it got to me. I put in for a replacement a day ago and haven’t heard back yet. A bit frustrated to say the least.
