Rove has great stuff, but horrendous customer service

Rove has great stuff, but terrible customer service. Really, really bad. Unhelpful, can't answer questions, their chat bot / agent service is terrible. If you have a question, they often can't answer it. Problem with your merchandise? That's unfortunate because they won't be able to help you. You are probably better off not buying from Rove.
