The agent was polite and friendly, however I can not process the fact that the statement on the website was members get 20% + 20% additional flash sake. The stools I ordered have been 274 for non members and 219 for members for a few months that I have checking. But when I saw 20% additional discount I ordered right away and didn't get the discount on check out. I called but was told that I misunderstood the statement. I am still not sure why would such a clear statement be not what it means.
I should have gotten the additional 20%
