I will give a 5 stars because in the end everything is perfect I have my dream furniture in my house. I have ordered Dresden sofa , Hunter beds and stands, Maria's Coffeys table and side table.However the process was somewhat difficult. First problem I encounter was contacting. If you use the phone as some internet orders (such as using vouchers) do not work yet well, you may have to wait up to 1/2 hours. However the person was very helpful and nice. Second problem was delivery of a broken furniture. You have to be aware that you have only a 3 days window to make your claim. One of the sofas was replaced and I am very pleased. The delivery service company should do a better job.
