I’ve ordered several times from rove…

I’ve ordered several times from rove now and still in dispute with an issue I’m currently having with an order that arrived with a missing seat. Overall the product is decent but customer service can be improved. Quality control is another area where
Things can be improved as well. The chair that was sent to me was packed with no car and the box was mangled on arrival which caused damage to the chair itself. Other than the issue with that single chair everything else was fine as expected.
