She was gracious, helpful, professional and polite and provided accurate details and information. Stephanie also encouraged me to order free swatches to ensure that I would be happy with my fabric and colour choice. She provided me with website links to make the swatch order process super easy! I'm so grateful for this advice. The swatches arrived at my door in just a few days and eliminated any trepidation about making the wrong colour choice.
