I’m really torn on this review — I’ve ordered multiple products and all are high quality. However, on a recent order for an outdoor patio set (~$4500) the order came missing eight screws, making the lounge chair inoperable. Simple mistake, easily resolved… or so I thought. I have been back-and-forth with customer service for two weeks now on an issue that could easily be resolved by popping eight screws in the mail. I’ve called twice, sent 7-8 emails, and had to send multiple photos (!). Time commitments are not met.

Having said that, the products that arrived (Noah sofa) and were functional were awesome.
