I had some concerns about the delivery options and had help with a live chat person.
I’m not computer savvy, but they were patient, as was able to upgrade my delivery to white glove service. The check out no longer provided white glove service because they couldn’t guarantee Covid restrictions would be met while delivering in my home.
I would still have wanted to speak with someone on the phone, but this seems to be the way of the times. I will need to adapt:)
That’s the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars.
