The website is beautiful, easy to navigate and the check out process is pretty easy. After checking out, I did receive email and updates, and I was also to track my order status on the website, which is very helpful. The only thing that I think can use some improvement is the overall website's performance. It was a little slow for the web pages to show up, and there were a few time that the CSS/HTML wasn't working correctly, which caused some of the webpage elements floating/not locating at the right place, and I had to refresh the browser to fix that. But overall, good experience, and we can't wait to see our chairs arrive!
